Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.SLC16A1 is a monocarboxylate transporter (MCT1) that mediates the movement of lactate and pyruvate across cell membranes Import and export of these substrates by tissues such as erythrocytes, muscle, intestine, and kidney are ascribed largely to the action of a proton-coupled MCT.Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 2.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and Stability:May be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
